Antibody Fluorescent Dye Labelings

Fluorescent labeling for antibodies have become a common tool in laboratories for the visualization and studying of proteins, whether they are attached directly to the protein of interest or to antibodies specific for the protein of interest. The intensity and narrow wavelength of the fluorochromes makes them useful tools in immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. Bio-Synthesis offers high quality, efficient and cost-saving antibody fluorescent labeling services between antibody/protein, phycobiliproteins (RPE, APC, cl-APC), streptavidin, biotin with wide selection of fluorescent dyes. Since every antibody/protein has its own unique characteristics, conjugation needs to be optimized. Antibody/protein of interested will be subject to quality check by HPLC prior conjugation. We will complete the conjugation within 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the sample.

Choosing the best antibody fluorophore conjugate for your application is not always easy. We can help you decide on the most suitable conjugate for your applications. Below is a list of our currently available custom antibody fluorescent labeling services. Should you not find a service that suits your needs, we will find a solution for you!

Fluorophore Antibody Conjugation

Labeling antibodies with fluorochromes provides a colored reagent that can be observed directly. The intensity and narrow wavelength of the fluorochromes makes them useful tools in immunochemistry. Many of our labels can be used with multiple antibodies that do not cross-react to create custom multiplexed assays.

We are experienced in performing both small-scale and large-scale conjugations and purifications - let us put our expertise to work for you.

We can conjugate antibodies/proteins to many labels, including:
Alexa Fluor dyes
Qdot nanocrystals
ATTO Fluor dyes
Dylight series
Cy dyes
Cascade Blue, Oregon Green, and other Molecular Probes proprietary fluorophores
Traditional fluorophores - e.g. FITC, TRITC, Texas Red
Biotins and other haptens
R-PE, APC and Alexa Fluor tandems
Horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase and other enzymes

We will make our best effort to produce the conjugate you request. However, because optimal labeling must be determined empirically, we cannot guarantee that a single conjugation will produce the best product for your needs. Please note that we cannot guarantee the final yield or that the final product will be biologically active. We do not refund payments for services diligently performed.
