Can you give me advice on reducing aggregation of DNA-gold nanoparticle conjugates in solution?

Salt concentration in high ionic strength will affect the exisitng form of nanoparticle and cause the aggregation. Use sonication to re-suspend the nanoparticle and low salt concetration solution was strongly suggested.
