Please use DNase free or RNase free purified water, PBS or any biological buffers are acceptable diluents. The recommended diluent volume is 100 ul - 1 ml, the concentration depends on the application to be used and the yield of the resulting product. Standard concentration for PCR primers is 0.1 mM.
