Are freeze-thaw cycles harmful to RNA ?
We ship our RNA in inert matrix which protect RNA and provide additional stability. The freeze and thaw cycle is not recommended. To help with that, we offer our aliquotting service. We need to know what OD or µg are preferred per reaction vial. This is an additional service (fees apply) and is routinely requested by many diagnostic companies.
