Could you produce GILT-tagged enzyme in human cells?
The expression of GILT-tagged enzyme is an open question. If the GILT is associated with lysosomal enzymes I expect some unexpected results. Another possibility is to produce neoglycoproteins for the mannosylated proteins, that is a chemical approach and it does not involve expression.
