How do I prepare my samples for Cell line authentication?
For cell pellets & frozen cells spin down the cells in an Eppendorf tube, wash the cell pellet with PBS buffer once and vac-dry without heating. Make sure the pellets are completely dry before shipping. For extracted genomic DNA, provide at least 100 ng of DNA in 10 μL TE buffer or water. Please also include a 1% agarose gel picture to show DNA integrity.
