I resuspended my sample in a buffer and there is a slight yellow tint to the solution. Is there something wrong?
No. Deprotection of the bases during oligonucleotide synthesis uses a dithiolate derivative. Sometimes small quantities of this material remain in the sample (thus the yellow tint), but it will have no significant effect on silencing experiments.
