What is the longest length of RNA that Bio-Synthesis can synthesize?
The capability to synthesize long RNA chemically or enzymatically is highly dependent on the target sequence. By using the chemical method, we can synthesize up to 150 bases. We can also prepare much longer RNA sequences by in vitro trasncription. If there are any cryptic promotor or termination sequenes, then the length of the sequence will be limited.
