Our Oligonucleotide HRP labeling is a one step conjugation process where a 5’-modified oligonucleotide is directly coupled to several available HRP carboxylates via EDC chemistry. That method is superior than conventinal  two-step process where a bifunctional cross linker is often used. Our proprietary method resutls in greater than 90% coupling efficiency, resulting in desired 1:1 oligonucleotide/protein conjugate.
