Peptide Synthesis Platform

Our Peptide synthesis is carried out using FMOC chemistry under continuous flow conditions utilizing PEG-Polystyrene resins. At the completion of the synthesis, peptides are cleaved from the resin and de-protected using a standard TFA/DTT/H2O/Triisopropyl silane (88/5/5/2) cleavage cocktail. Peptides are then precipitated from the cleavage cocktail using cold diethyl ether or simillar. The precipitate is then washed three times with the cold ether and dissolved in a crude buffer containing H2O/ACN/HOAC prior to lyophilization.

The QC of peptides based on reversed phase chromatography and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Peptides that do not meet the purity criteria are purified by reversed phase chromatography.


All peptide sequences supplied to Bio-Synthesis are considered the confidential property of the customer. At the completion of the project all synthetic peptides meeting the purity criteria are sent to the customer.

All residual materials such as peptides not meeting oru purity criteria aa well as the resin are discarded. Upon request this residual material can be sent to the customer.
