How you provide RNA Synthesis and Processing?
All RNA Synthesis are manufactured in Lewisvlle, Texas under high-level quality control environment. Our ISO9001-2015 certified, Total Quality Management platform ensure that each custom RNA is triple checked for quality via both mass spectrometry (MS), HPLC and/or PAGE analyses.
We are capable of providing short chemical RNA synthesis up to 300 nt or extremely long RNA synthesis by enzymatic method extended to 10,000 nucleotide in length. All RNA synthesis and processing are conduct in RNAse free environment. We have the capability in providing RNA synthesis in multi-gram/batch with wide selection of modifications and various type of purification and processing procedures including sodium (Na+) counter ion exchange, sterile filtration, endotoxin testing for in vivo animal study.
