Concentrations of siRNA as low as 1 nM are known to exhibit RNAi effectively. However, initial experiments should be done at varying concentrations starting from 1 to 10 nM. In some cases, concentrations as high as 25 nM were used. However, to achieve optimal results, researchers should use high-quality siRNA.
