When should I use BNA3™?
BNA™ oligonucleotides can be used with great advantage in any application where a high hybridization specificity is needed and the target sequence is relatively short. The high binding affinity of BNA™ to its complementary strand allows for the use of short and very specific probes in e.g., in situ hybridization, northern blotting, knockdown, microRNA profiling and real-time PCR.
