	Anti-Peptide Antibody Production
	Raising antisera to immunogenic peptides is the simplest method of obtaining antibodies against non-isolated proteins, for example, against putative protein sequences derived from DNA sequence information. This approach is also useful when the isolation of the antigen is difficult or time consuming, or when the antigen is a member of a large protein family.
