  RNA Hybrid Double-Stranded Polynucleic Acids
RNA Hybrid
RNA hybrid in biosynthesis is a double-stranded polynucleic acid in which one strand is DNA and the other strand is the complementary RNA; formed during transcription and during multiplication of oncogenic RNA viruses. One of several forms that can be assumed by a double helix. A-DNA is stable in dehydrated conditions. This form is less common than the dominant form found under physiological conditions -- beta-dna.
Single-stranded polynucleic acids Oncogenic RNA viruses
Double-Stranded Polynucleic Acids
A nuclease (a nucleate oligonucleotidohydrolase) that forms oligonucleotides ending in 5'-phosphates from rNA and dNA; hydrolyzes both double-stranded and single-stranded polynucleic acids.
