Bio-Synthesis offers C12 Spacer oligonucleotide modification at various scales. 12-carbon atom spacer C12 is used to introduce a long spacer arm into an oligonucleotide. Spacer C12 can be incorporated in multiple additions to create exttremely long spacers. They can be placed between oligonucleotide, even though this spacer modification are often shown on the 5' terminal end of the oligonucleotide.
