ATTO 725, a near infrared dye with an excitation peak at 728 nm and emission peak at 751 nm. The dye can be label at any position within an oligonculeotide. This dye have similar spectra to iFluor 710, Alexa 750,  Cyanine-7 (Cy7), Tide Fluor 7WS (TF7WS), iFluor 750.  Atto 725 is a pH sensitive product. While practically stable up to pH 7.4 (PBS-buffer), it slowly degrades at higher pH. If exposed to higher pH for coupling purposes, we recommend reducing the pH immediately after completion of the reaction.

ATTO 725 oligonucleotide modification is a post synthesis conjugation to a primary amino goup. Therefore, an additional modficiation with an amino modifier such as C3, C6, or C12 is required. ATTO 725 labeled oligonucleotide are commonly use as moelcular proces for real time PCR, FISH analysis and fragment analysis.
