Bio-Synthesis is a provider of Custom DNA Synthesis services tailored to our customers specifications. Our DNA Oligo synthesis scale ranges simple to complex, multi-gram scale up to 400 bases. We offer an extensive range of DNA oligonucleotide modifications including DNA backbone modifications, modified bases and fluorescent dye labeling. These modified oligonucleotides conform to the highest quality specifications for research, diagnostics, OEM and therapeutics.

DNA oligos are deprotected and desalted using SEC chromatography to remove impurities caused by trace molecules as part of our HPLC or PAGE purification process. Oligos are quantified twice by UV spectrophotometry to provide an accurate measure of OD yield. As part of our quality control process, DNA oligos are characterized by MALDI, or ESI Mass spectrophotometry and their purity is checked by analytical HPLC/PAGE.
