Description:
This peptide is derived from the central portion of NS4A with Lys residues conjugated to its N- and C-terminals to increase peptide solubility. NS4A is a protein cleaved from the polyprotein encoded by the hepatitis C virus and is required as a cofactor for NS3. NS3-NS4A interaction is crucial for the maturation of the viral polyprotein and is targeted for therapy against infection.
