Bio-Synthesis offer Dyomic DY-700, a near infrared  fluorescent dye oligonucleotide labeling services. DY-700 is a near infrared NIR dye with the  fluorescence absorption and emission max of 707nm/730 nm.

Application:

  • Microarray experiments
  • Fish microscopy, gel eletrophoresis
  • Betainic dye

Dyomic DY700 dye can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.
