Bio-Synthesis offer Dyomic DY-752, a near infrared  fluorescent dye oligonucleotide labeling services. DY-752, a near infrared NIR dye with the  fluorescence absorption and emission max of 748 nm / 772 nm. This two negatively charged dye is suitable for microarry experiments, FISH microscopy, gel eletrophoresis, Betainic dye. It has spectral similar to CY7.

Dyomic DY752 dye can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.
