6-FAM Labeled oligos permeable to the cells?
6-FAM modified oligo is not hydrophobic enough to difuse across cell membrane, however, some oligo modifications can help with cell uptake. Example of using spermine modification or more hydrophobic labels such as sterayl and cholesterol can be use.
