Are there concerns for immunizing with more than one antigen into the same animals?

It depends on what you are trying to achieve with the antibody.  If you are simply trying to detect a protein band (general protein recognition), immunizing with more than one peptide is similar to immunizing with a protein fragment containing several epitopes.  This is a good approach if you are not aiming for specificity of a particular site on the protein, such as the extracellular or intracellular domains.  If you need more specificity, we would recommend against immunizing with multiple peptides.
