  1. Which detector is used in RP- HPLC for semi-preparative C18 run. UV and/or DAD. We can monitor the chromatographic traces at 205 to 300 nm. Usually we use 214 (for peptides), 256, and 280 (for proteins) nm.
  2. In which form you send the results. We will send you the picture of the gel and/or the traces of the chromatograms and the measured masses for the collected proteins if applicable. We can receive the samples in the two forms (lyophilized or in solution).
