What detection method is used to ensure the oligos are in the right sequence and length after synthesis?
Our synthesis platform is completely controlled with a robotic system. We maintain an absolute standard of coupling efficiency threshold of greater than 99.5% for all oligos by using the best reagent vendor which are iso certified. Trityl monitoring coupling efficiency of each base added during synthesis. After synthesis we conduct mass spectrometry (MALDI, ESI or LC-MS) to check for molecular weight. Purity are check by analytical HPLC, or PAGE etc. Bio-Synthesis also offers extended analytical services if needed.
