Does Bio-Synthesis Provide Endotoxin Free Oligonucleotide?

Yes, Biosynthesis Inc. offers oligo endotoxin analysis and endotoxin-free oligonucleotides. Endotoxin-free water is used to prepare all reagents that come into contact with our synthetic oligonucleotides. To ensure that our oligonucleotides are endotoxin-free, we either utilize an affinity matrix of modified polymyxin B (PMB), or an ion-exchange chromatography purification step which allow for highly efficient endotoxin removal. The endotoxin level of the final product is determined using a modified Limulus Amebocyte Lysate with a chromogenic substrate. All analytical test results are supplied with the final product. We will make sure that the endotoxin level for the final oligonucleotides will be below 0.5 EU/mL. For questions or pricing information, please contact
