Do you offer PET fluorecent dye labeling?

PET is a fluorescent dye that was originally developed by Applied Biosystems, but is now proprietary to Life Technologies. PET has an absorbance maximum of 558 nm and an emission maximum of 595 nm, thus emitting in the red-orange part of the visible spectrum. It is used to fluorescently label oligonucleotides at the 5’-end (for use as probes in a variety of real-time PCR, hybridization, and fluorescence-based genetic analysis applications) and is currently only available from Life Technologies. Since the fluorescent dye Cy3.5 (Abs= 588 Em= 604) and ATTO565 (Abs=570, Em=591) has a fairly similar emission profile, for those customers who are able, Biosynthesis offers Cy3.5 as a reasonable substitute. For more information on Cy3.5, please see its technical sheet. - PET fluorescent dye (ABI)(Abs=558, Em=595)
