What type of quality control tests are done prior to releasing an LNA oligo?
All our LNA oligonucleotides undergo vigorous process monitoring and strict quality control. Length and labeling are systematically controlled by PAGE, mass spectrometry analysis and depending on the nature of the oligonucleotide requested by HPLC or IE-HPLC. Extened quality contol such as endotoxin analysis, salt analysis also available when using LNA oligonucleotide for invivo study. Quantity is systematically validated by UV absorbance at 260 nm.
