For which applications can I use Bio-Synthesis's BNA™ oligonucleotide probes?
Bio-Synthesis offers custom-made BNA3™, also known as BNA-NC oligonucleotides for a variety of microRNA and mRNA applications. BNA™ oligonucleotides can be used in any application where a high hybridization specificity is needed or when the target sequence is short. The high binding affinity of BNA3™ allows for the use of short and very specific probes in e.g., in situ hybridization, northern blotting, knockdown, microRNA profiling and real-time PCR.
