For siRNA dupelxes we highly suggest sodium counterion form for invivo studies. Our oligos are guaranteed to be free of any toxic organic counterion. Qualitative duplex quality control is by non denaturing gel. Quantitative duplex analysis is by SAX HPLC and we can guarantee above 90% duplex purity this is an addition 250 for this kind of analysis. Passenger and guide strands will include Mass QC and HPLC QC reports.
