Do you provide Cyan500 labeled oligo and which quencher to use?
Bio-Synthesis offer Cyan500 oligo labeling service for qPCR application. Cyan500 is a fluorescent dye for TaqMan® probes when using LightCycler 480 instrument by Roche Diagnostics. This dye is slightly unstable and has low yield when incorporate into oligonculetoide. The emission wave-length is shorter than fluorescein (515 nm). This dye can combine with BBQ, BlackBerry Quencher, Dabcyl, BHQ-1 or our Instant Quencher (IQ4).
Replacement dye for Cyan500:
ATTO425: Abs: 436 nm, Em: 484 nm
ATTO465: Abs: 453 nm, Em: 508 nm
