Affinity Tags for Capture, Immobilization, Enrichment & Detection
Bio-Synthesis designs and manufactures biotinylated oligonucleotides and affinity-tagged DNA/RNA probes for capture, immobilization, enrichment and detection workflows. Options include 5′ biotin, Biotin-TEG spacers, internal Bio-dT, dual biotin, NHS-biotin, desthiobiotin, DIG/DNP haptens and photocleavable biotin.
These affinity tags support streptavidin/NeutrAvidin capture on magnetic beads, ELONA/ELISA-like plates, microarrays, biosensors, ISH/DIG detection, lateral flow, library preparation and on-bead workflows. Bio-Synthesis supports custom design, synthesis, purification and assay-specific QC from research grade to ISO 9001/13485 production.
Common formats include streptavidin capture oligonucleotides, biotinylated probes, hapten-labeled oligos, desthiobiotin capture-release oligos, and photocleavable biotin oligos for workflows that require immobilization, enrichment, pull-down, detection or controlled release.
