	N-terminal Sequencing: up to 15 residues. Additional sequencing is also available upon requests.
	Internal Sequencing
	Sample Purification by SDS PAGE (0.5 - 1.0 nmol sample is required)
	Protein Digestion a chemical or enzymatic cleavage is used when the protein has been determined to be blocked. Digested sample is then analyzed by HPLC and the best peak is isolated for sequencing.

	Submit samples in 3 different format of your choice: 50 µl purified sample, PVDF (blotted form SDS-PAGE gels) see details on blotting method Upon receipt of the sample, we will undertake a fully automated n-terminal analysis using Edman degradation chemistry Results in 2 weeks with a complete sequencing analysis report.
