BODIPY® (boron-dipyrromethene) Dye Listing

BODIPY® (boron-dipyrromethene) dyes are a family of compact fluorescent dyes renowned for their exceptional brightness, narrow emission bands, high quantum yields, and excellent photostability. Their relatively small molecular size minimizes steric effects during biomolecule conjugation, making them excellent labels for DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, proteins, antibodies, lipids, and other biomolecules. BODIPY® dyes span the visible to near-infrared spectrum and are widely used in fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging, flow cytometry, FISH, live-cell imaging, molecular diagnostics, and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) studies.
