CF® Fluor Dye Listing

CF® Dyes are a family of high-performance fluorescent dyes developed by Biotium® for life science research. Designed to provide exceptional brightness, photostability, and low nonspecific background, CF® dyes cover the visible to near-infrared spectrum and serve as alternatives to traditional fluorophores such as Alexa Fluor®, Cy®, and DyLight®. They are widely used for labeling DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, antibodies, proteins, and other biomolecules for applications including qPCR, FISH, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, super-resolution imaging, and in vivo imaging.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
