Cyanine (Cy®) Dye Listing

Cyanine (Cy®) dyes are among the most widely used fluorescent labels for nucleic acid and biomolecule conjugation. Their polymethine-based structure provides intense fluorescence with emission wavelengths spanning the visible to near-infrared spectrum. Cy® dyes are commonly used to label DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, proteins, and antibodies for applications including qPCR, DNA sequencing, FISH, fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging, flow cytometry, multiplex assays, and in vivo imaging. Bio-Synthesis offers custom oligonucleotide synthesis with a broad selection of Cy® dye modifications for research and molecular diagnostic applications.
