DyLight® dyes are a family of high-performance fluorescent dyes developed for biological labeling applications. Designed to provide high brightness, excellent photostability, and minimal pH-dependent fluorescence changes, DyLight® dyes are widely used for labeling DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and other biomolecules. Their broad spectral coverage makes them suitable for fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, qPCR, FISH, immunofluorescence, multiplex detection, and in vivo imaging. Many DyLight® dyes serve as excellent alternatives to Alexa Fluor® and Cyanine (Cy®) dyes while offering comparable optical performance.
