Dyomic DY-415, Blue Emission
DY-415 is a premium fluorescent dye developed by Dyomics GmbH for advanced fluorescence labeling of biomolecules. As a member of the Dyomics® DY Series, DY-415 has been optimized for high quantum yield, excellent photostability, and outstanding aqueous solubility, making it an excellent fluorophore for demanding molecular biology and imaging applications.
The dye is efficiently excited by the widely available 405 nm violet laser, producing bright blue fluorescence with excellent signal intensity. Compared with many conventional blue fluorophores, DY-415 offers improved resistance to photobleaching, enabling prolonged image acquisition and repeated excitation without significant signal loss. Its hydrophilic design also minimizes nonspecific interactions with biomolecules and laboratory surfaces, resulting in cleaner fluorescence images and more reproducible assay performance.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
