Dyomic DY-430, Green Emission
DY-430 is a premium fluorescent dye developed by Dyomics GmbH for advanced fluorescence labeling of biomolecules. As a member of the Dyomics® DY Series, DY-430 has been optimized to provide high quantum yield, excellent resistance to photobleaching, and outstanding water solubility for reliable fluorescence performance in molecular biology and imaging applications.
The dye is efficiently excited using 405–430 nm violet laser sources, producing bright blue fluorescence with excellent signal intensity. Its spectral characteristics make DY-430 particularly useful for fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging, flow cytometry, and multiplex fluorescence experiments where efficient separation from green-, yellow-, orange-, and red-emitting fluorophores is required.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
