Dyomic DY-495, Green Emission
DY-495 is a premium fluorophore developed by Dyomics GmbH for high-performance labeling of nucleic acids and other biomolecules. As a member of the Dyomics® DY Series, DY-495 has been engineered to provide bright fluorescence, high quantum efficiency, outstanding photostability, and excellent aqueous solubility. DY-495 is efficiently excited by the widely available 488 nm blue laser, making it compatible with most modern fluorescence microscopes, confocal imaging systems, flow cytometers, laser scanners, and fluorescence plate readers. Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
