Dyomic DY-530, Yellow-Orange Emission
DY-530 is a high-performance fluorophore developed by Dyomics GmbH for advanced fluorescence labeling of oligonucleotides and other biomolecules. As part of the Dyomics® DY Series, DY-530 combines high quantum yield, excellent photostability, low nonspecific binding, and outstanding water solubility, making it well suited for demanding molecular biology and fluorescence imaging applications.
The dye is efficiently excited using 514 nm argon laser lines as well as 532 nm DPSS lasers, making it compatible with modern fluorescence microscopes, confocal imaging systems, laser scanners, flow cytometers, and fluorescence plate readers. Its bright yellow-green fluorescence occupies an intermediate spectral region between green and orange fluorophores, making it particularly valuable for multiplex fluorescence experiments requiring well-resolved emission channels.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
