Dyomic DY-547, Orange Emission
DY-547 is a premium orange-emitting fluorophore developed by Dyomics GmbH for advanced fluorescence labeling of nucleic acids and other biomolecules. As one of the most widely used members of the Dyomics® DY Series, DY-547 combines high molar absorptivity, excellent quantum yield, superior resistance to photobleaching, and outstanding aqueous solubility, providing bright and reproducible fluorescence signals across a wide range of applications.
The dye is efficiently excited by 532 nm DPSS lasers, 543 nm HeNe lasers, and is also compatible with many 561 nm laser systems, making it suitable for modern fluorescence microscopes, confocal imaging systems, flow cytometers, laser scanners, and fluorescence plate readers. Its bright orange emission makes DY-547 an excellent alternative to traditional Cy3®-like fluorophores, while offering improved photostability and reduced nonspecific binding.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
