Dyomic DY-547P1, Orange Emission
DY-547P1 is a specialized member of the Dyomics® DY Series developed for demanding fluorescence labeling applications requiring high brightness, excellent photostability, and reliable performance. The dye belongs to the orange-emitting region of the visible spectrum and is compatible with the laser sources commonly used on confocal microscopes, flow cytometers, fluorescence scanners, and molecular imaging instruments.
Bio-Synthesis offers custom DY-547P1-modified oligonucleotides for DNA, RNA, PNA, LNA/BNA, siRNA, antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), aptamers, PCR probes, molecular beacons, FISH probes, hybridization probes, and CRISPR guide RNAs. DY-547P1 may be incorporated at the 5′ terminus, 3′ terminus, or internally through amino-modified nucleotides using suitable linker chemistries.
Like other members of the DY-547 family, DY-547P1 offers bright orange fluorescence with excellent resistance to photobleaching, making it suitable for prolonged fluorescence imaging and quantitative fluorescence measurements. Its emission profile enables efficient multiplexing with green, red, and near-infrared fluorophores while maintaining good spectral separation.
DY-547P1 is compatible with numerous Bio-Synthesis oligonucleotide modifications, including:
- Biotin
- Digoxigenin
- Amino modifiers
- Thiol modifiers
- PEG linkers
- Azide
- DBCO
- BCN
- Tetrazine
- Cholesterol
- GalNAc
- Peptide conjugates
