Dyomic DY-554, Orange Emission
DY-554 is a premium fluorophore developed by Dyomics GmbH for advanced fluorescence labeling of nucleic acids and other biomolecules. As a member of the Dyomics® DY Series, DY-554 offers high quantum efficiency, excellent resistance to photobleaching, low nonspecific binding, and excellent water solubility, making it suitable for demanding fluorescence imaging and molecular diagnostic applications.
The dye is efficiently excited using 543 nm HeNe lasers, 552 nm OPSL lasers, and 561 nm solid-state lasers, allowing compatibility with virtually all modern confocal microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, flow cytometers, laser scanners, and imaging platforms. Its bright orange-red fluorescence provides excellent signal intensity while maintaining good spectral separation from green and far-red fluorophores in multiplex experiments.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
