Dyomics Quencher Listing

Dyomics® DYQ Quenchers are a family of non-fluorescent (dark) quenchers designed to efficiently suppress fluorescence across the UV, visible, and near-infrared spectrum. Compatible with a wide range of fluorophores, including DY®, Alexa Fluor®, ATTO®, Cy®, CF®, FAM, HEX, ROX, TAMRA, and Cy5-like dyes, DYQ quenchers are widely used in qPCR hydrolysis probes, molecular beacons, FRET assays, SNP genotyping, multiplex PCR, and other fluorescence-based nucleic acid detection applications. Bio-Synthesis offers custom synthesis of DNA, RNA, PNA, and modified oligonucleotides incorporating DYQ quenchers at the 5′ end, 3′ end, or internal positions to optimize assay sensitivity and minimize background fluorescence.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
