Janelia Fluor Dye Listing

Janelia Fluor® dyes are a family of bright, photostable, rhodamine-based fluorophores developed at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) Janelia Research Campus. Their high quantum yield, excellent cell permeability, and compatibility with super-resolution microscopy make them ideal for DNA, RNA, PNA, peptide, antibody, and protein labeling. Janelia Fluor® dyes are widely used in confocal microscopy, STED, SMLM, PALM, HaloTag®, SNAP-tag®, and live-cell imaging applications.
