Rhodamine Fluor Dye Listing

Rhodamine dyes are a family of xanthene-based fluorescent dyes widely recognized for their exceptional brightness, high quantum yield, and excellent photostability. Emitting from the green to far-red spectral regions, rhodamine derivatives are commonly used for labeling DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and other biomolecules. Popular members of the rhodamine family include TAMRA™, TMR, Rhodamine B, Rhodamine 6G, Rhodamine Green™, Rhodamine Red™, Texas Red®, and Sulforhodamine derivatives. These dyes are widely employed in fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging, qPCR, FISH, flow cytometry, single-molecule detection, and super-resolution imaging.
