Sulfo-Cyanine™ Dye Listing

Sulfo-Cyanine™ dyes are a family of water-soluble cyanine fluorophores designed for high-performance biomolecule labeling. Sulfonate groups improve aqueous solubility, reduce nonspecific interactions, and enhance fluorescence performance in biological systems. Available from the green to near-infrared spectral regions, Sulfo-Cyanine™ dyes are widely used for labeling DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and other biomolecules. Their excellent brightness, photostability, and compatibility with common laser lines make them ideal for fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging, qPCR, FISH, flow cytometry, live-cell imaging, and multiplex fluorescence assays.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
