Texas Red® Fluor Dye Listing

Texas Red® dyes are a family of sulforhodamine-based fluorescent dyes that emit bright orange-red fluorescence with excellent photostability and high fluorescence intensity. Their spectral properties make them ideal for multicolor fluorescence experiments with green fluorophores such as FAM™, FITC, and Alexa Fluor® 488. Texas Red® dyes are widely used for labeling DNA, RNA, PNA, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and other biomolecules in fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging, flow cytometry, FISH, immunofluorescence, and molecular diagnostics. Bio-Synthesis offers custom oligonucleotide synthesis with a variety of Texas Red® dye modifications for research applications.
