Sample preparation and delivery for Cell line Validation

Obtain cell pellet by detaching the cells from the tissue culture flask with Trypsin - EDTA solution
(No tissue culture flask, please)

Wash the centrifuged cell pellet with PBS at least three times to remove the trace of BSA, bovine calf serum and horse serum from the cell culture medium.

Place the dried cell pellet (1 million cells) in a small culture tube or vial, and submit to DNA Testing Lab, BSI for Cell Validation Testing.
